Michael spent a lot of time going over our plans, before we had even made a deposit, ensuring a smooth process once work started. His attention to detail was a great help while we finalized what we wanted to do, and he was accommodating when we changed plans several times. Once work started Ryan and his team did the job very well and within the original timeline, which was shorter than we expected. He and his team showed up every day and any delays were only caused if some parts that came in were damaged or delayed in shipping. Ryan was also great at helping us understand what was possible as well as what would work well. He also had great attention to detail, spotting problems we missed and fixing them quickly.
